Our Statement

We aim to create a safe space for Mixed students of all identities at San Francisco State University, including Mixed, Biracial, Multicultural, and Ethnic identities and individuals. By celebrating and embracing diverse cultures and experiences, we are a haven for Mixed people and supporters of all identities, walks of life, backgrounds, etc. Having a space to be authentic, free of judgment and prejudice, is crucial for many of us who don't feel heard, seen and cared for in our communities, or the gator community, today.We aim to educate our campus by increasing Mixed visibility, respecting Mixed experiences, and learning how to recognize, include and embrace Mixed members of our community through events and club meetings.Follow us on Instagram: @mixed.sfsu
